“Wonder time at Sandals Royal Caribbean”

We traveled to The Royal Caribbean 9/20/08 thru 9/25/2008. Three years ago we were married at the Sandals Whitehouse, which is also a lovely property. But the Royal Caribbean quickly became our favorite. We booked our trip in Feb. thru Dream Makers Vacations. Amy helped us arrange everything, all we had to do was show up and relax. When we got to the resort our room was not ready yet, which we expected. They took us to get a bite of lunch and told us they would come find us when our room was ready. After eating we decided to walk around the property and check it out, and schedule our couples massage at the Spa. After a little while they came to take us to our room - which we got a SUPER upgrade (thanks Amy)! After unpacking and changing into our swimwear, we went down to the pool bar. When we went back to our room there was a little note card and a cake wishing us a happy anniversary from the staff! This was just the begining of the best vacation we have ever had. During the middle of the week we returned to our room after a fun day in the sun to discover a little white box and a letter. It was a leather luggage tag shaped like a sandal, and a note telling us that they were so glad that we had chosen the Royal Caribbean and they hoped that our stay has been wonderful. I was a little worried that we would be disappointed since our previous stay was at the Whitehouse, were the beach and pool are a little bit larger. I was wrong, the staff at the Royal Caribbean is what made our vacation wonderful. They really and truely made us feel like we were royalty! They came in every evening and refreshed our towels and turned down our bed, and on our last morning Lily, our cleaning lady, called to wish us a safe and wonderful trip home, and that she hoped to see us soon again. The food was wonderful, we did not get to eat at the French resteraunt, there was some sort of mix up and we had gone to the front desk to make reservations for Wednesday night, but turns out they were closed on Wednesday night. We had also be invited to the Sandals Select Dinner that night too, but it was a 6:00 and we had already missed that time since we thought our dinner reservations were at 7:45. It was not a problem, we had a great meal at the Regency. I can not say enough about this resort! We did not receive this personal treatment at the Whitehouse for our wedding and we booked a room catagory just under the butler suites. The only thing that is keeping us from booking another trip is finding at house/baby sitter, but as soon as we do, we will be calling Amy to help us create another WONDERFUL Sandals vacation, at the Royal Caribbean. Since we have been back I have already seen 3 Sandals commercials and they made me want to cry - I miss it!
