If you are on this website thinking of booking a holiday in Jamaica and are considering the Jamaica Grande Hotel then don't just consider... do it. The 2 weeks that I stayed there were the best two weeks of my life and thats the honest truth. Looking back on those days brings a tear to my eye because it was so wonderful. 5 different restaurants and if you're really hungry you could visit all 5 all in one night because its all paid for in advance. Gorgeous swimming pools, on the soft sanded beach, strong sun, beautiful rooms with the most comfy bed and the most amazing thing of all... the people. I have never known such a lovely bunch of people; so happy, friendly and nice... no word can describe how lovely they are. Not to mention the excursions.. I highly recommend the Dunns River Falls; it is so much fun climbing it in a chain of people and having your photo taken which comes out really well... I bought mine. Go rafting too if you have the chance because that is a lovely experience too! No really... I could go on forever about how wonderful this place is so I'll stop now but one last thing to say.... go there and live your dream!
